The women’s role as represented from the Tree of Life paths, pillars, sepheroth, and
associated linkage is pretty straightforeward and gains in complexity with deep
examination of the internal structuring of the Tree of Life. To begin with, the three
pillars of the Tree are called male (right side as you look at it), female (left side as you
look at it), and middle pillar (gee, what a surprise). More names for the right side
include mercy, creativity, fire, and cosmic intelligence. More names for the left side
include severity, form, water, and physical intelligence. The middle pillar balances
these opposites with some of each.
The left or female pillar is called severe because it represents the form-bringing aspect
of the cosmos. Only when something acquires form can it change. All change is
death. Thus, the severity. Oh yeah, death through change means simply that what
was is no longer. Thus, painting the house green with purple stripes means the death
of the old white painted house. You get the idea. However, we must learn to read
things backwards also. If water flows in rivers, then rivers are a place to find water. If
sex feels good, to feel good we can try sex. Thus, the very presence of death implies
the presence of life. If we want life we must know that death is a part of that cycle.
We cannot be brought into form without change (death) a resulting factor. Thus,
severe is simply a representative figure of speach noting the life and change that comes
with life. This is a good thing.
The male or creative aspect of the Tree of Life represents the spark or idea which
points toward form. There must be a pattern for form to build upon. Even chaos has
definition. Thus, the part of the Tree of Life called male is the representative icon of
the idea which impregnates form. Form brings idea to life and births it into the
physical world. The pillars are not truely female or male but rather the male and
female icons are used to represent the general aspects of the macrocosm, higher brain
circuitry, deeper spirituality, greater connections to the cosmos, etc., and thus are
helpful in understanding how to use these transcendental symbols for good in our
lives.
There was a time, a few thousand years ago when the female pillar was so dominated
by male energy that about the only thing females brought to form were babies. Men
made all the impliments, built all the dwellings, made all the rules, brought all the
food, and were totally dominant. This has gradually changed, possibly because of
basic earth electromagnetic field changes, and now men create far less of the physical
world than in the past. In fact, women should be the primary form bringers in the
world now and men continue to do so only because of hanging on the custom and a
failed past. Women should be the teachers, builders, planners, scientists, etc., and men
should have a secondary role. This will come about.
The middle pillar represents the role of leaders in our society and has been male
dominated in the past. Once again, the influences have altered and women SHOULD
be in the dominant on this also. We men just won’t allow this even though it is time to
step back and let women come to the fore. It’s happening, but very slowly.
The right pillar represents the creative aspects of our world. Musical composers,
artists, performers, anything creative in the realm of arts. There is still some male
influence here from the cosmos and women should be about equal with men at this
time in this role. Women are gaining here and this one will likely do better than the
other pillars simply because talent cannot be denied forever.
Why are women so far behind where they ought to be (in my steadfast opinion)?
Mostly because we men won’t train them to fulfill their appropriate destiny. Why
should I teach you ladies to do better than me? Why should I even hint that it’s
possible? Why not teach you limits which make me feel more secure? Why not
indeed! And, that is what is happening.
What could happen in this world if men decided to teach women that they could do
better than men and were actually equipped to really and truely do so??? Would
women then do better and we’d have a better world to live in? Probably! I’d like to
help make it happen so let me say right now; You ladies can do better than men can do
and you are smarter, better equipped to deal with world problems, less trained, and
told you can’t. You can get the training so long as you remember not to train as a
man. You can liberate your potential so long as you don’t liberate only the male aspect
of your ability. You can make a difference. You will need to get training from men
only because at present, men have the knowledge you need so you can use that to
begin to make changes. Yes, Yes there are some women with a lot of knowledge but
men hold the accumulated knowledge of millenia and that cannot be thrown out with
the bath water just to spite the past. To make a new chariot does not mean re-
inventing the wheel. Use what there is and build.
In the present cosmos, the male/female energy influences are such that only women
can directly experience such rituals as the fire of yoni. Only women can completely
utilize the pillar of form (ruled by the sephira Binah). Only women can bring forth the
glory of Shekinah energy. Men’s strength in the physical world is now weakness in
the spiritual world. Women have the strength in the spiritual world and need only to
be trained to make it manifest in a way that will bring great good to our world. I
believe this so strongly that it is in my thoughts that when Christ returns to this earth
the new name will be Christina. No more gods in male form only. The future holds
real power for women.
